Sunflower dreams and hugs

 Hello again today!

Second crafty goodbyes this week, this will be my last post as a Digi Doodle Studios DT member - at least for now, but who knows what the future brings 😀

Anyways, it's been unusual sunny and hot weather here in Finland, so I went with summery feelings with this card. 
 
I used Sunflower Dreams digi and coloured it with alcohol markers and white gel pen. The sky I did with Distress Ink and stencil. I also added yellow glitter glue to the center of the flowers.

I wanted to keep this simple so I just die cut the image and frame for it and then added hugs die cuts (there's black under the yellow one to create dimension and shadow).

Going Dotty

Hi everyone and happy wednesday!

It's time for new The Paper Shelter challenge and theme this time is 'Going Dotty'. And here is how I see it 😃

I used this beautiful Mushroom Castle digi and coloured it with alcohol markers. The sky I did with Distress Inks and stencil. Then I die cut the image and also little bigger frame for it and taped them to the card base. 
 
Then I cut some circles with hole punch and glued them on the red frame. I think this is more fun than just add the polka dot paper - though that would be easier 😊

Thank you

Hi everyone!

Sadly this is my last post as a DT member of Visible Image 😢
Sometimes it's just so annoying to live here in middle of the nowhere - postage is high and it takes ages to get anything here from abroad. It makes things difficult..

But that's enough of negativity. This short time has been so awesome and I'm grateful of that. 
 
So, as my last DT work I did Thank you card.
 
 


Firstly I did the background. I used Drizzle stencil and paste and when it was dry I added Distress Oxides (squeezed lemonade and mowed lawn) and water and let them dry. Finally I added Lindy's Gang blazing sun glitz spritz to create some shine.


 

Then I did the flowers. I added Lindy's Gang hibiscus rose spray and yodeling yellow color powder to watercolor card stocks. When they were dry I stamped two different sized inky flowers with Create It stamp set and VersaFine onyx black ink pad.



After that I cut the flowers, added Glossy Accents all over them and left them to dry.

Then I stamped Thank you text using Go To Words stamp set and VersaFine ink (the background I did earlier to some other project with Distress Oxide picked raspberry) and die cut it. I also added some Glossy Accents drops on it.
 


After everything was surely dry I assembled the card. 
 
I taped the background part on black card stock and again on other card stock (where I added some yellow and green ink). Thank you text came in the middle of the card and flowers on two opposite corners. I also added some dots on the center of the flowers with pastel green and pastel pink Pearl Maker.

This time I used Polkadoodles Tropical Fever stamp set and Tropical Fever paper pack.

I coloured these cuties with alcohol markers and played with papers and Posydoodles Circles die.

Missing you pig time

Hi everyone!

This is my first post as a Brutus Monroe Brand Ambassador and I'm so thrilled 😃 I really loved doing this card and I love these stamps!

So, at this card I used awesome Farmland background stamp and coloured it with alcohol markers. The scene would have been great by itself, but I wanted to add some cute piggies from Farmhouse Friends stamp set and the bigger one Polly the Piggy stamp (that includes also die - so easy!).

Monster Mash

Hi! 

Here's my new card using Oddball Members Exclusive June 2021 Monster Mash image.
 
I coloured the image with alcohol markers. On the letters I also added Glossy Accents.

The background I did with stencil and paste, and then added some Lindy's Gang Magical powders and water.


 

Here you can see the shine much better - but otherwise the colours are off..

When are you free?

Hi there!
 
Yippee, there is new adorable Just Lovely Honeypie collection available at Polkadoodles shop - and here's one of my cards using these cute digis (so more to come 😊).

At this card I used Out and About Honeypie digi and coloured it with alcohol markers and white gel pen. 

I used paper from Winnie Celebrations Kit 3 digi paper pack and played with rectangles of different sizes.

Sentiment is from Let's Hang Out sentiment bundle.

Dad needs a beer

Hello!
 
Here again with the new Polkadoodles Cheers and Beers collection 😊
 
At this card I used Cheers and Beers stamp set and coloured the bottles and bottle opener with alcohol markers. Dad needs a beer sign I made with Posydoodles Ovals die and cut part off from both sides.
 
Papers are from Cheers and Beers paper pack.

Brother and sister

Hi!
 
Here's my new project with Visible Image stamps Set The Tone, Brother Definition and Sister Definition.
 



First I stamped the background with Set The Tone stamp set and VersaFine Clair ink pads (Blue Belle and Verdant).



Then I stamped the Brother Definition using the same colours.


 

And added some dots to definitions edges with Set The Tone stamp and blue ink.


 
 
Then I just assembled the background, definition part and blue cardboard on card base. The definition part I taped with foam tape to create some dimension.
 

 

And here's the whole card and products used.


 

I also wanted to do the same with Sister Definition, just using different colours (VersaFine Glamorous & Summertime).

 
 
There's little difference, because I cut the background too small, but I just added some more stamping to couple corners of the card base.

Hi!
 
Here's another card from Cheers and Beers collection and this time I played with greens and yellows.
 
I used Cheers Lovely stamp set and coloured the champagne bottle with alcohol markers. The background I did with Heavenly Circles stencil and Distress Inks.

Happy Sunday!

Here's my last card (at least at the moment 😉) from new Winnies set.

I used Missed You Winnie digi stamp, coloured it with alcohol markers and cut it with Posydoodles Circles die. 
 
Text is from Let's Hang Out sentiment bundle and cutted with Squarey Swirly Hearts die.

Background paper is Let's Hang Out digi paper pack and I also added a die cut heart (made with Squarey Swirly Hearts die).

Cheers

Hi everyone!

Have you already checked out new Polkadoodles collection Cheers and Beers? I just love it, there's so many different kind of stamps you can work with and also couple paper packs.

This is my first card using the collection products. I used Cheers and Beers stamp set and coloured the image with alcohol markers. Then I cut it with Posydoodles Squares die.

Don't let anyone dull your sparkle

Hello!

It's friday so there's new Polkadoodles craft challenge waiting for you. And here's my DT card 😊

I used text editor and added Ula Be Strong image and text from Ula's Life collection over the digi paper from Winnie Starfish/Sandcastles paper 5 pack. I printed it and coloured Ula with alcohol markers. I also added some glitter glue to add the sparkle.

Pirate

Ahoy there!

Another card for today and this time I made a card for the boy.

I used Digi Doodle Studios Pauly Pirate and coloured it with alcohol markers. On the background I added pirate scrapbooking paper and made also a little map.
