Hello sunshine

Hi everyone!

It's time for a new challenge at Incy Wincy Desings challenge blog. This time the theme is 'Borders/Bright colours' and our wonderful sponsor is Sheepski Designs. 

Well, I decided to go with bright colours (surprise). I used beautiful Emmy's Hat image and coloured it with alcohol markers. 

I wanted to create sunny and bright background. Firstly I wanted to add the sun to the left top corner so I created it using spiderweb stencil and light orange embossing powder (you might see it if you watch closely). Then I added some orange and yellow Distress Inks. But I wasn't very happy with the result so I decided to add orange and yellow sprays and that's more like it! 

Hello sunshine text I firstly stamped with bright orange ink, then added some embossing ink and clear embossing powder. It really brighten up the orange text ☺️ Then I taped the image to background with foam tape and added few sequins.

I love this card, it's really bright and sunny. I hope you like it too ☺️

Steampunk

Hi!
 
New Incy Wincy Desings challenge has started and theme is 'Steampunk/Vintage'. Our wonderful sponsor is The Paper Shelter. 

I decided to go with steampunk. I used So Chic image and coloured it with alcohol markers. Then I coloured cardstock with bronze Inka Gold and water and then embossed it. After that I also added some turquoise Inka Gold to it. Die cut I cutted from bronze paper and added some turquoise Inka Gold also. Then I glued it on the background and added the image over it with foam tape.

I like the embossed background so I didn't want to cover it too much and decided to leave the card quite simple. Maybe I will add some text later. This was my first steampunk card so I'm happy with the result.

Happy 50th

Hello!

It's first monday of March and that means that it's also time for new Incy Wincy Designs Challenge. Our themes this time are 'Work/Play and/or BIG hearts' and the wonderful sponsor is All Dressed Up. 

On my DT card I used image Happy 40/50/60. I coloured the image with alcohol markers. It looks like I've cutted the image but actually I cutted a hole to patterned paper (it might have been easier the other way but fortunately I have electric cutting machine). I used some Distress Ink to the edges of patterned paper to get more colour. The flower is die cutted, coloured with Stabilo markers and shaped to get some 3D effect. Then I added some heart stickers to corners.

I must say that this card was so hard to create.. I messed the image couple times and did other stupidities during the crafting. I burst in to laughter at least three times because it felt that everything was a mess. But it's better to laugh than cry, don't you think 😃 And I get it done, wohoo!

Foxy hugs

Hi!

Here is my other DT card for Incy Wincy Designs Challenge and also for Oddball.

At this card I used Mr. Sweets the Fox img.192 and Perscilla Flower Girl rubber stamp.  I just love these images! 

I coloured the images with alcohol markers and wanted to try one of my unused stencils. So I did the background with stencil and Distress Inks. Then just die cutted hugs text where I also added turquoise glitter.

With this card I just went with the flow and I'm really happy with the result ☺️

Silly Seahorse

Hello!

Today starts new Incy Wincy Designs Challenge and our theme is 'Animals and/or add buttons'. Our wonderful sponsor are Hetty Clare and Oddball. 

On my DT card I used Sid the Silly Seahorse img.323 and Digital Paper Halloween 2018.
I arranged the image and text on background paper before I printed it. The image I coloured with alcohol markers and also added some Glossy accents over the air bubbles to create some 3D effect.

Excellent job

Hi again!

It's time for new challenge at Incy Wincy Design Challenge blog. This time our themes are Sports and/or mainly red and we have two wonderful sponsor - Polkadoodles and Dr.Digi.
 
At this second DT card I used Slugger Sam by Dr.Digi and coloured it with alcohol markers. And because I have that CAS phase going on I decided just add stamped corner and text besides the image. Huippusuoritus! is Finnish and roughly translation is 'excellent job'.

GOAL!

Happy monday!

It's time for new challenge at Incy Wincy Design Challenge blog. This time our themes are Sports and/or mainly red and we have two wonderful sponsor - Polkadoodles and Dr.Digi.

At this card I used Polkadoodles Footballer digi and I coloured the image with alcohol markers. I embossed the red cardboard to get little texture and GOAL letters I die cutted. I draw goal with white gel pen - not so happy with the proportions but does it really matter? I think it looks good still.

Cupcake Kitten

Happy monday everyone!

New Incy Wincy Designs Challenge has started and this time we have 3 fabulous sponsors - Lee Holland, StarStampz and Pattie's Creations. Theme is 'Anything goes' so you can create anything you want. 

Here's my DT card using image from cute Kitten bundle by Lee Holland. I coloured the image using alcohol markers and white gel pen. The background I did using scraps and then just added Happy birthday text (in Finnish).

Feel better soon

 Hi everyone!

It's time for new Incy Wincy Designs Challenge. We have two wonderful sponsors this time - Oddball and Colour of Love. Theme is 'People + sketch and/or colour blue'
 
At my DT card I used img 412 Jenny has the cure by Oddball and I use all theme options - people, blue and sketch. I coloured the image with alcohol markers and kept the rest of the card simple - just blue/white washi tape and couple die cuts.

 

 
My own challenge for year 2020 - use something that you own, but haven't used before:

Christmas teddy

 Hello again!

Here is my second DT card for the challenge. At this card I used What did I get by The Paper Shelter. The image is coloured with alcohol markers and I chose to use mostly red and green colours.

Winter fairy

Hello everyone!
 
It's time for new Incy Wincy Designs Challenge. We have two wonderful sponsors this time - Fabrika Fantasy and The Paper Shelter. Theme is 'Christmas/Red and Green' so you can choose which one you use or maybe both. 

At this card I used beautiful Winter Fairy by Fabrika Fantasy. I coloured the image with alcohol markers and it was clear that I wanted to use gold, black and white background papers. Hyvää Joulua text is die cutted.

I rarely use gold in my cards, so this was nice change ☺️

Cocktails

 Hello!
 
Today it's time for new Incy Wincy Designs Challenge and our wonderful sponsor this time is Beccy's Place. 
 
At my card I used image and sentiment from Girls night digistamp set. I coloured the image with alcohol markers and white gel pen. To the background I firstly sprayed Inka gold-water mix to make it little more shiny and sparkly. When it was dry I used stencil and pasta (3 shades of red) to add party texts - then just added image to the center of it. 
 
It was so fun to do this card 😊

Little Fairy

Even more Magical monday everyone! 

At least that it is in Incy Wincy Designs Challenge, because our theme this time is Magical/Fairytales. Our wonderful sponsors are Polkadoodles and Rachelle Anne Miller.
 
Here is my other DT card for this challenge. At this card I used Little Fairy digi stamp by Rachelle Anne Miller and had fun with the colours. Then just little glitter to frame and "bugs" to corners.

Magical Unicorn

Magical monday everyone! 

At least that it is in Incy Wincy Designs Challenge, because our theme this time is Magical/Fairytales. Our wonderful sponsors are Polkadoodles and Rachelle Anne Miller.

Here is my DT card using Polkadoodles Hooray digi stamp. I coloured it with alcohol markers and white pencil. Frames are die cutted and lined with glitter gel pen. Have a magical day is stamped and embossed and background is covered with patterned papers and washi tape.

This is so happy card and I love that green unicorn 😃

Pretty in Pink and Blue

Hello!
 
It's time for new Incy Wincy Designs Challenge. This time our theme is Funny/Celebrate - you can choose which one you use (or both, of course). We have also two wonderful sponsors, they are Cute as a Button and Dr.Digi.
 
At my card I used beautiful Wedding day digi stamp by Cute as a Button and coloured it with alcohol markers. Then I just used some rose background paper, die cuts and half pearls to finish the card. It's somehow hard for me to use flower patterned papers so I'm happy that I got some use to it.
