Fun money card

Hi!

It's time for some new inspiration for Polkadoodles Craft challenge. You can find more inspiration and join the challenge here 😊

This time I created a fun card to give with a money gift. 
 
 

 
 
 I used the Curly Christmas stamp set to create the "envelope" part. I stamped the Christmas baubles on a white cardboard, coloured them with watercolours and cut away the part above the baubles. Then I cut a little bigger base from a green cardboard and taped the cardboard I just made on it from the edges.




After I had done the envelope part I cut a card to go partly inside the envelope from a blue cardboard. I cut the holes where I can put a 20€ bill and rounded the upper part of the card. Then I printed Gift Box Parcel Bella and Cooper Christmas Puppy images, coloured them with alcohol markers and fussy cut them. I also made some gifts from Theo Penguin paper bundle 3. I taped the images and the gifts on the card so that they are just on the edge of the envelope part when the card is in and just over the money when the card is out of the envelope. Lastly I added some stars on the blue part of the card with a glitter yellow paint pen.

CAS Christmas tree card

Hi!

It's time for a new Polkadoodles Craft challenge, come and join us here 😊

I wanted to create something clean and quite simple. I used Deck the Halls stamp set and stamped the frame and the tree on the watercolour paper. Then I coloured them with metallic watercolours. Lastly I stamped the Joy text with embossing ink and added gold embossing powder. Pretty joyous card, don't you think 😊

Winter wonderland

Hello!

It's time for new Polkadoodles Craft Challenge, come and join our 'Anything goes' challenge!
 
The design teams challenge was to do 'My favourite thing about December' so my first though was Christmas. But then I realized that Christmas isn't Christmas if there is no snow, so I decided to do snowman card because I love this stamp 😊 

So I used Smiley Snowman stamp set and coloured the whole scene with shiny metallic watercolours. I don't even remember when I last time coloured something without alcohol markers 😮

When it was dry I stamped text from Merry Little Christmas stamp set and added few snowflakes I made with Iced Winter Snowflake Tree Branches die (there is also some glitter on them).

Simppeliä 2

Samalla simppelillä tekniikalla jatketaan kuin edellisessäkin postauksessa. 

Taustalle siis maalattu akvarelleilla ja lisätty vain stanssattu kehys, hello-teksti ja muutama puolihelmi.

Simppeliä

Halusin kokeilla akvarellivärejä kortteilussa ja tämä kortti-idea lähti siitä. 

Keskustan tausta siis tehty vihreillä akvarelliväreillä ja kaikki muu rakentuikin sen mukaan. Kehys ja hello-teksti on stanssattu. Keskusta kaipasi vielä jotain, joten leimasin siihen kasvin (leima tullut muistaakseni jonkun askartelulehden kylkiäisenä).

Simppeliä, mutta ihan mukiin menevä kortti siitä valmistui =)
