Christmas Penguins

 Happy Wednesday!

It's time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter challenge blog and theme is 'Winter Celebrations'.

On my card I used an image Here Come the Christmas Penguins! and coloured it with alcohol markers.

Around the Christmas tree

Hi!

It's time for a Mix & Match Instagram hop 🥳 Join the celebration and you can win a $20 gift card to TLC Designs shop. Check out the instructions on my account or TLC Designs account 😊

I combined the Christmas tree and sentiment from Jingle Time Digital Stamp with an adorable mother/child image from Blessings Digital Stamp Set and coloured them with alcohol markers.

The card base I did with Daisy Frame Die and added some blue ink with Clearly Classic Stencil. There are also some glossy accents on the baubles (the pic doesn't show it very well).

Kangaroo fun (shaker card)

 Hi everyone!!

Hope your week have been crafty 😊

This time I wanted to share my kangaroo shaker card with you.

I used Hop-A-Roos Stamp Set, coloured these super adorable kangaroos with alcohol markers and then cut them.

I used a paper from Krafty & Sweet Slimline Digital Paper and cut a hole to it with a frame die from See You In The Center Interactive Dies set. Then I added a acetate sheet, foam tape and hearts that I cut with Loving Petals Square Die. Then I taped the background paper on it's place.

When the shaker part was done I taped the kangaroos on the card and Hello-text I stamped with Celebrate Sentiment Stamps. Lastly I added a few black acrylic pearls.

Waddling in a winter wonderland

Hello!

Here's another cutie penguin from the new Theo Penguin release by Polkadoodles.

This image is called Ski Theo Penguin, paper is from The Penguin Paper Bundle 3 and text from The Penguin Greetings Bundle.

I designed the card with a text editor program and then printed it. Then I coloured the image with alcohol markers and added a violet cardboard. I also added some clear glitter glue between the patterned paper and white paper (although it doesn't show well in the pic) so that the change wouldn't look so 'strong'.

Oh flap!

Happy Monday!

There's new release on the Polkadoodles shop and it's super cute Theo Penguin 😍

This is the first card I made using this collection and I had quite a clear vision of what I wanted.

So I used paper from Theo Penguin Paper Bundle 1, sentiment from The Penguin Greetings Bundle and Fishy Present image and arranged them how I wanted with the text editor program before printing it. Then I coloured Theo with alcohol markers and just added a turquoise cardboard.

I love the simplines of this card and that paper is just perfect to use like this. Maybe the text should've been a little smaller but what is done is done 😊

What do you think?

Thinking of you

Happy Friday everyone!

Here's a new tutorial how to create this card using TLC Designs products 😊

Print this cutie fairy from Chilly Fun Digital Stamps set, colour it and cut it. The height of the image on my card is about 2,75 inch (7cm).

I used the following colours:
Reds: Berry red (Promarker), R27 (Copic), Lipstick red (Promarker), R22 (Copic)
Greens: G05 (Copic), Bright green (Promarker), Lime green (Promarker), YG11 (Copic)
Yellows: Gold, Sunflower, Canary (all Promarkers)
Hair: E35, YR23, Y00 (all Copics)
+ White gel pen

Cut two hearts with Loving Petals Square Die. I cut mine from the white thick paper and coloured them with red alcohol markers, but you can also cut them from a red card board. Then coat them with glossy accents and let them dry.

Stamp the text from Must Haves Sentiment Stamp Set and cut it with the die from the Loving Petals Square Die set.

Print the paper (size 5,5x8,5 inch) from Chilly Fun Slimline Digital Papers and cut it with the second biggest die from See You In The Center Interactive Die set. Then cut it half. I also cut a few lines away from the other half to leave a bigger white area on the card.

Tape the papers onto card base with foam tape. The size of my card base is approx. 4,1x5,9 inch (10x15cm). Cut the extra part of the paper away.

Then it's time to assemble the card. Use my pics as a guide or create something a little different 😊

Red, black and white

Hi everyone!

It's time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter challenge blog and theme is 'Red, black and white'.

I used this beautiful Sundae Time! image and coloured it with alcohol markers.

Then I added just some more red, black and white elements I found in my stash. Sometimes it's just super easy, I wish it would be that easy always 😃

It looks like... gingerbread!

Happy Sunday!

Here's another card using an image from Polkadoodles new Gingerbread Holly digi release 😊

I used the image Snowman Fun and coloured it with alcohol markers. Though there's no snow on my card - it's all gingerbread!

I cut the image with Posydoodles Squares die and added a brown cardboard (cut with Squarey Swirly Hearts die) to frame it.

The background papers are from Ho Ho Ho Christmas paper pack and texts from Winnie White Christmas Big Kahuna pack. Lastly I added a few gingerbread embellishments.

Ho Ho Ho

Hello!

This time I made super simple card that doesn't include any colouring.

I used a text editor program to add a couple Ho Ho Ho text from Jingle Time Digital Stamp over the paper from Classic Santa Slimline Digital Papers. I also changed the text colours and then printed it.

I also printed the green-red paper from the same paper set. My printer just doesn't want to print the darker red colours the right way, it changes them to brown... But I think it looks beautiful this way too 😊

I cut the papers with Zinnia Slimline Die and then taped them together. I wanted to keep this super simple so I didn't add anything extra.

Zodiac - Gemini

Hello!

Something Zodiac themed for the start of the week 😊

On this card I used a Gemini image and coloured it with alcohol markers.

Background papers are from Zodiac Signs papers and Zodiac Co-ordinates paper packs. And below the giraffes is the star sign circle Zodiac/Horoscope Star Sign Circles. I coloured the outer ring with the same markers as the giraffes.

Lastly, I added some acrylic diamonds.

I really love these cute giraffes, I have to use them again some time 💚

Birthday cats

 Hi!

It's time for a new Polkadoodles Craft challenge, come and join us here 😊

This time I used this Cute Cats and Kittens image and coloured it with alcohol markers. I wanted to try different card shape so I created this oval shaped easel card. It took some time to get it right but I'm happy with the result. The green papers are from Halloween/Autumn Paper Heaven 1 and the sentiment is stamped with Birthday Celebrations Stamp Set.

Yummy!

Hello!

It's time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter challenge blog and theme is 'Something yummy (food/drink)'.

I used this delicious Yummy! image. I wanted to create a shaped card following the lines of the image, so the image I printed was almost 19cm (height). After printing I coloured the image with alcohol markers and white gel pen and then fussy cut it.

I also added a 'Sweet' die cut.

I'm pretty happy with the result, it looks delicious!
