Simple Father's Day card

It's time for a new Polkadoodles Craft challenge, come and join us here 😊

 

I went with a simple design. I stamped the sentiment from Greatest Guy sentiments stamp set and the super cute frog from Unforgettable clear stamp set. The frog is coloured with Ecoline Brush Pens and water. I also draw a few lines on the edges before adding a green cardboard and background paper from Toadally Cute paper pack. Lastly I added a few paper stripes and a button on the left side of the card because it looked too blank for me.

Beautiful inside and out

It's time for a new Polkadoodles Craft challenge, come and join us here 😊

I've wanted to use this beautiful Natures Beauty Girl image ever since I saw it the first time 💚 I wanted to try something different and do a little messy look so I chose to play with Ecoline Brush Pens and water - even though there was a chance that the printer ink would start to spread. Fortunately it didn't spread so much (maybe because I printed the image a few weeks ahead). 

 

It was fun to use something else than alcohol markers and I think that messy look fits perfectly with this image.

Kevättä rinnassa

Tämä kortti on tehty Incy Wincy Designs -haasteblogin DT:nä. Haasteen aiheena "Spring fling", jonka itse suomensin löyhästi "kevättä rinnassa".

Kortin teko lähti upean spronsorimme Fabrika Fantasyn pirtsakan leimakuvan värittämisestä. Jammaileva auringonkukka väritetty tällä kertaa normaalista poikkeavasti Ecolinen sivellintusseilla, koska halusin vähän testailla niitä. Tausta on tehty käyttäen itse saksittua paperisapluunaa ja Distress Ink -musteita. Ruoho, perhoset ja kukkaset on stanssattuja ja aurinko on tehty rosettitekniikalla.

Käykäähän osallistumassa haasteeseen 😊

Kortti käy myös itse itselleni esittämään haasteeseen (jossa olen nyt hiukan jäljessä, mutta ei oteta turhia paineita): 6/52 kortti käyttäen jotain omistamaani, jota en ole aiemmin käyttänyt - rosetin tekoväline ja ruohostanssi.
