Peace, love and joy

Hello crafters!

This time I'm here with a tutorial on how to create this beautiful Christmas fairy/angel card with non-traditional Christmas colours.

Print the fairy/angel and the star from the new Jingle Time Digital Stamp set and colour it. On this card the image size is about 2,1 x 2 inch or 5,5 x 5 cm. The star is meant to fit between the hands of the fairy/angel.

I also added clear glitter glue on the coloured star.

I used the following alcohol markers:
Skin: Copic E04, E11, E21, E00, E000
Hair: Copic E49, E47, E43
Dress: Copic BG15, BG23, BG10, BG000
Wings and star: Copic E35, PromarkerBrush Sunflower, Canary, Lemon
Leaves: PromarkerBrush Lush, Grass, Apple
Berries: Copic R59, R29, R22

Print the papers from Snow Family Fun Slimline Digital Paper Pack (or use the physical set) and cut them with See You In The Center Interactive Die and Happy Dragonfly Circle Die (see the pic).

To create the text banner use a text editor program to add the text (the length of the text should be around 2,4 inch or 6 cm) from  Jingle Time Digital Stamp set over the paper from Snow Family Fun Slimline Digital Paper Pack.  Or  you can just print the paper first and then print the text on that paper (remember to let the print dry a little before printing over it again).

Then cut a long stripe, about 5 inch (12-13 cm). Use for example a wooden grill stick to create beautiful round folds to both ends of the text. When you are happy with the folds add a small amount of glue to keep the folds in place. You can also add a glitter glue on the edges of the banner.

Then it's time to assemble the card. See the image above as a reference or maybe you like to do something a little different from mine. Let your imagination fly 😊

Lastly add some acrylic diamonds here and there.

I used this super adorable Farm and Fuzzy Unicorn Stamp Set. I coloured the image with alcohol markers and then cut it with Star Spangled Confetti Die.

The background paper and pink paper are from Snow Family Fun Digital Slimline Paper Pack. I added clear glitter glue over the pink paper to bring some magical and snowy glow. I also cut some smaller stars and coated them with glitter glue also 😊

Christmas pocket card

Hello!

It's time for a new Polkadoodles Craft challenge, come and join us here 😊

I think I haven't done a pocket card before so this was fun 😊 I created the pocket card base and coated it with a patterned paper from Ho Ho Ho paper pack. I added a heart made with Heart Flourish Die and poinsettia made with Poinsettia Lace Die.

Inside the pocket you can find a  cute Happy Snowman Couple image coloured with alcohol markers. The sentiment is from Gnome Worth Melting For stamp set.

Be your own kind of witch

Happy Wednesday!

It's time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter challenge blog and theme is 'Halloween or halloween colours'.

Well, I went with Halloween, but certainly not Halloween colours (mostly) 😃

I used this beautiful Witchcraft image and coloured it with alcohol markers. Then I cut the image and added some stars to the background with stencil and Distress Inks.

I die cut a circle and wrote the text on it. I also die cut the wreath, coloured it with Distress Inks and glued it to follow the edge of the circle. Then I taped the image partly over it.

Black & white Halloween

Hi!

This time I went with monochrome style and I really love how it turned out 😊

I used Fang-tastic image, coloured it with alcohol markers and fussy cut it.

After that I used a text editor program to design the layout I wanted and printed the sentiment (with extra white space). I cut it, added a black satin ribbon, taped the print onto black cardboard and lastly foam taped the gnome on it.

Happy Saturday!

It's time for a new Polkadoodles Craft challenge, come and join us here 😊

On my card I used an adorable Gnometastic Bluebells image and coloured it with alcohol markers. I cut it with Posydoodles Ovals die and text with Posydoodles Circles die.

The background paper is from Soft and Scrumptious paper pack and I added some green Distress Ink to the edges. I did the same with image and text die cuts and also the frames I cut for them.

Lastly I added a bow and a few acrylic diamonds.

I used  Creeping It Real Digital Stamp Set, Say Boo and Scary On Digital Stamps and Parlor Stamp Set to create this scene. i coloured the images with alcohol markers and cut them. Everything else is cut and taped except the spider web which I added over the background paper before printing and the steamers that I stamped on to paper.

Autumn card

Hello!

It's time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter challenge blog and theme is '3 or more patterned papers'.

On my card I used an Autumn Starter Kit image and coloured it with alcohol markers.

I have to admit that I forgot it was a patterned paper challenge - somehow I got in my mind that it was layers 😀 But no worries, I just added some more leaves that I cut from patterned papers. Not the perfect solution but my card was already done (glued and taped) when I noticed my mistake 😊
