New baby card

Hello!
 
It's time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter challenge blog and this time the theme is "All Creatures Great and Small".

I used this adorable The Best Day of my Life image and coloured it with Copics. I decided to use pastel colours for a change.
 
 


The background paper is from an old Polkadoodles paper pack. I added some WOW! embossing powder to circle die cut (by Joy Crafts) under the dragon and BABY alphabets (by Creativ Company) before taping them and the dragon image over the background paper. Lastly I added some flowers I cut with TLC Designs dies.

Dragon baby

Hello!

There's new challenge at The Paper Shelter challenge blog. This time the theme is 'Colour it!'.
 
On my card I used Newborn Baby Dragon digi and coloured it with alcohol markers and white gel pen.
 
I used same colour scheme on background papers, but wanted to do something not-so-usual-me style 😊 So there's many different patterns, shapes and layers. 
 
Alphabets I die cut and I added some Glossy Accents over them. Lastly I added some buttons and a bow.

I'm really happy how this turned out and I really love that baby dragon image 💚

New baby rattle

Hi!

It's time for new challenge on Polkadoodles blog. The challenge to us DT members was to do a shaped card and something new.. Well, I knew that I wanted to do a baby card, but this result is so far from the original idea as can be 😃 Maybe you can relate when I say that the first idea included some dinosaurs...

At this card I used the adorable bunny from Hoppy Birthday stamp set. I coloured the image with alcohol markers and then added some background with Timeless Rose Sweethearts stencil and Distress Ink.

I cutted a frame from Springin' Around paper pack with Posydoodles Circles dies and added some "lace" around it using Flower Flourish die. Then I added plastic sheet and foam tape, added some confetti and taped it to the base. After that I did the handle and taped it to the back of the shaker part. Then just some pink organza bow and cute sentiment.

New Baby

Hi!
 
Here's one cutie for you 😍 
 
I really love this stamp from Hoppy Birthday stamp set and coloured it with alcohol markers. I wanted this cutie bunny to be the star of the card so I just added cute bunny paper from Springin' Around paper set, some pink ribbon and stamped Congratulations text with Sentimentals stamp set.
 
I think this goes beautifully as a new baby card.

Pienokaiselle

Tuli kokeiltua uutta askelkortin kaavaa, muutaman kerran sai leikata että tuli oikeanlainen vaikka ohjeet olikin (tekijässä siis lienee jotain vikaa =P ).

Tämä kortti tehty siis pienen pojan nimiäisiin. Taustakartongit sai aikas nopeasti päätettyä ja laitettua paikoilleen, mutta muu suunnittelu, sommittelu ja kokeilu veikin sitten reippaasti aikaa. 

Pienokaiselle-teksti, kukat ja lehdet sekä tossut stanssattu, lisäksi käytetty pitsinauhaa.

Tyttövauvalle

Lauantaina oli ristiäiset ja pienelle tytölle tuli tehtyä alla oleva kortti. 

Korttipohjana käsintehtyä kartonkia, joka kaunista sellaisenaan, enkä siis halunnut sitä paljoa peittää. Lisätty siis vain stanssattu kehys 3D-vaunuilla, satiininauhaa, BABY-puukirjaimet (jotka väritetty ProMarkereilla) ja tarratimantteja.


 

Onnea vielä pienelle vauvalle ja koko perheelle =)

Yksinkertaisuus on valttia



Tämä kortti sai inspiraationsa haikara-ääriviivatarrasta. Koska halusin saada sen erottumaan muuten vaaleanpunaisesta teemasta edes hieman, liimasin sen valkoiselle kartongille ja leikkasin vielä ääriviivoja pitkin. Sekaan vähän vaaleanpunaista kuviopaperia ja satiininauhaa sekä onnea-teksti. 




Löysin myöskin hauskalla pupukuvalla olevaa ikkunateippiä, ja piti kokeilla saisiko sitä käytettyä korttiaskartelussa. "Teipissä" ei siis ole liimapintaa, joten väänsin sen reunat kartongin alle ja tein liimauksen sinne ettei se sitten näkyisi kirkkaan pinnan alta. Sitten vaan vähän kerrostelua kartongeista ja timantit reunaan - ja se on siinä. 




Helppoa ja yksinkertaista =)
