Beautiful inside and out

Hello!

It's time for a new Polkadoodles Craft challenge, come and join us here 😊

I've wanted to use this beautiful Natures Beauty Girl image ever since I saw it the first time 💚 I wanted to try something different and do a little messy look so I chose to play with Ecoline Brush Pens and water - even though there was a chance that the printer ink would start to spread. Fortunately it didn't spread so much (maybe because I printed the image a few weeks ahead).

It was fun to use something else than alcohol markers and I think that messy look fits perfectly with this image.

Bunch of flowers

Hello!

It's time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter challenge blog and this time the theme is "April showers bring May flowers". So your creation needs to include rain and/or flowers.

I chose to use a page from Flowers colouring book and created this simple colourful card with a fun shape. I coloured the image with alcohol markers, stamped the sentiment and added a few Glossy accents drops here and there.

Remember to join our challenge at The Paper Shelter blog. If you use The Paper Shelter digi at your challenge card you can win 30$ gift certificate.

Thinking of you

Hi everyone!

I did a "crafty challenge calendar" for myself this year😊 So it's like an advent calendar - I have about 24 paper bags where I added some dies, stencils, embossing folders and stamps that I haven't used much or at all (new ones and ones I just have forgotten). I tried to mix the stuff so I really don't know what's in which bag. Then I just randomly take one of the bags when I have the time and try to create something with the stuff it includes. And no, I don't need to use all of them 😄

Here is the first card I made (you can find the contents of the bag 1 later on this post). I really got inspired by this beautiful Katherine stamp by Prima Marketing and even dug out my Derwent Inktense pencils that I haven't used for a long time either. The base of the card is stamped with a Carabelle Studio background stamp.

Contents of the bag 1:
-  Katherine stamp by Prima Marketing (used on this card)
- Another beautiful lady stamp (if you recognise the manufacturer, please let me know)
- Background stamp by Carabelle Studio (used on this card)
- Embossing folder by Creative Expressions
- Stencil by Carta Bella
- Dies by Brutus Monroe

You're a star

Hello!

It's time for a new Polkadoodles Craft challenge, come and join us here 😊

I wanted to use one of the Rebel images because I love them, so I chose to go with Reach for the Stars image. I coloured the image with alcohol markers. The background paper is from Little Monsters paper set and I think it works perfectly with this image. STAR letters are from Tropical Sorbet pack - I printed, cut and added some glossy accent on them before I taped them on the card with foam tape. Lastly I added a few star die cuts.
