It's time for a new Polkadoodles Craft Challenge, come and join us!
This time I used Winnie Mermaid Mermazing - Anchors Away and coloured her with alcohol markers. The background papers are from Winnie Starfish/Sandcastles papers 4 and 5 bundles and text is from Winnie Mermazing Mermaid Quotes bundle. Then I just added some ribbon and a few buttons.
