Ho Ho Ho

Hello!

This time I made super simple card that doesn't include any colouring.

I used a text editor program to add a couple Ho Ho Ho text from Jingle Time Digital Stamp over the paper from Classic Santa Slimline Digital Papers. I also changed the text colours and then printed it.

I also printed the green-red paper from the same paper set. My printer just doesn't want to print the darker red colours the right way, it changes them to brown... But I think it looks beautiful this way too 😊

I cut the papers with Zinnia Slimline Die and then taped them together. I wanted to keep this super simple so I didn't add anything extra.

  6. MeSi that is a great shape of card and your sentiment fits it perfectly. I have recently had a new laser printer and although my monitor is calibrated sometimes the colours do not come out the same too. A photography podcast I saw recently said we have a tendency to make the monitor too bright so that makes the colours look brighter on screen. I have found it does not always work though....

Thank you very much for your fabulous card which you have entered into our Christmas challenge

Stay healthy, happy, keep crafting and Creating Joy :)

    1. Thank you!
Yes, that monitor thing is true, but I know that those reds should be red, not brown. I have tried some different things to fix it but haven't found a working one yet. But otherwise I love my printer so it's not a big deal - I just use other colours or physical paper packs :)
