On my card I used Autumn/Fall digi stamp set that includes both black/white and coloured versions of autumn themed images. I used the black/white versions of mushrooms and coloured them with Distress Inks and alcohol markers. I added glossy accents and white gel pen over the spots. I also printed some precoloured leaves.
The background paper is from Autumn Fall papers 3 set. I added a sentiment over it in a text editor program before printing it. Then I added the mushrooms and leaves using tape and foam tape to create some dimension.
