Dance with the waves slimline card

Hi!

I fell in love with Hula Hello Digital Stamps from the TLC Designs new release last month and just had to use them.
   

 
 
 I colored the dancing girls with alcohol markers.




The background papers (from Sun Shiny Days Digital Paper set) and the text are cut with the Zinnia Slimline Dies.

I also wanted to add something more, so I cut some stars with Star Spangled Confetti Die and colored them with alcohol markers to look like starfishes.

Zodiac - Pisces (shaker card)

Hello!

Here again with my Zodiac cards 😊

This time I used Pisces image and created this shaker card.
 
I used a text editor program to arrange the image etc over the patterned papers before printing them. The fishes are coloured with alcohol markers.

Pink get well soon card

Happy August everyone!

Here's one of the cards I made using the stamp set. I coloured the images with alcohol markers. The background paper is from Winnie Fruit Paper Heaven 2 bundle.

Getting ready for Christmas

Happy Saturday!

It's time for a new Polkadoodles Craft Challenge, come and join us!

I wanted to make a Christmas card with non-traditional colours. I used super cute Delivering Gifts by Sledge digi stamp and coloured it with alcohol markers using pastel colour scheme.
 
Then I added some pink and violet background papers on the violet card base. The light violet paper is from Halloween/Autumn Paper Heaven 2 set. Lastly I added the sentiment from Winnie White Christmas Big Kahuna bundle.

Zodiac - Scorpio

Hello!

This time I will show you this Scorpio card I made using the new Polkadoodles Zodiac Horoscope digi collection.

I used Scorpio image and coloured it with alcohol markers.
 
I did the background using grey Distress Ink and Distressed Trellis stencil. Then I taped black cardboard under it.

Scorpio text is from Zodiac Signs and Months pack, I just printed it quite large, added black cardboard under it and taped it with foam tape on the card base I created. The image is also taped with foam tape.

Zodiac - Taurus

Hi everyone!

There's a new release on Polkadoodles shop - Zodiac Horoscope digi collection - and it's super cute! Perfect for birthday cards and so much more!

Here's one of my cards. I used Taurus image and coloured it with alcohol markers. 

Background papers are from Zodiac Signs papers and Zodiac Co-ordinates papers packs. I added images from Zodiac Horoscope Star Signs and Charts pack over the patterned paper before printing it. 
 
I taped the paper with taurus texts with foam tape so the up and down pieces of the card are little higher than the center part.

Hawaiian Holiday slimline card

 Hello!

On my card I used new amazing Hawaiian Holiday Digital Stamps. I coloured the images with alcohol markers.

The background papers are from Watercolor Naturals Digital Paper Pack and I cut the card base with Zinnia Slimline Die.

Interactive unicorn card

Hi crafters!

This time I made an interactive unicorn/bug card.
 

 

Usually I start making cards by coloring the images, but this time I started with the card base. 

I taped two 300g printing papers together, cut them to size 10x15cm (3,94x5,91inch) and used the See You In The Center Interactive Die to create the interactive mechanism. It was my first time to use dies to create the interactive system, but fortunately there came good instructions with the die set.

 

 

I colored the background using Happy Bloom Day & Clouds Stencil and Distress Ink colors Cracked Pistachio and Carved Pumpkin. Then I added the rest of the interactive mechanism parts another 300g paper to the back of the card to hide the mechanism.

 


Next I stamped a cute unicorn and bugs from Alicorn Happiness Stamps set and colored them with alcohol markers. For the green I used (from dark to light) Copic C02, PromarkerBrush mint green and Copic C00 and for orange PromarkerBrush amber, Copic YR02 and Copic YR000.



 
I wanted to add something more to the card so I die cut some flowers with die from Happy Dragonfly Circle Die, colored them with the same Distress Ink colors I used on the background (Cracked Pistachio and Carved Pumpkin) and added acrylic diamonds to the center of the flowers.

I also stamped the text from Alicorn Happiness Stamps set and cut a little bigger green background under it. 
 
Then I arranged everything on the background the way I liked. I hope you like my card, too 😊

Birthday Card

 Hi!
 
It's time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter challenge blog and theme is 'Anything goes'. This is our summer challenge and it will last the next 4 weeks, so you have plenty of time to join!

I used this Fancy Dinner image. I love fantasy stories so this was so fun to colour. I used alcohol markers (as always) and created the sky with stencil and Distress Ink. 
 
I die cut the image, added black cardboard and taped it on the card base. I also stamped the lines and the text (meaning happy birthday) straight on the card base.

Friendship

Happy Saturday!

It's time for a new Polkadoodles Craft Challenge, come and join us!

I wanted to do something different so I used black/grey/white combination with a hint of bright blue. I used this beautiful Octavia Best Friends image, coloured it with alcohol markers and then cut it with Posydoodles Circles die. 
 
The background papers are from Octavia Moonfly Paper Heaven 5 set and text is from Just Lovely Greetings/Sentiments bundle.
