Darlings

Happy Friday everyone!

Here's my new Oddball card. I got some inspiration thinking that these flowers are just like me and my hubby - and I'm that zombie one 😀 We are quite different but still love each other 💕

So I used Members Exclusive May 21 Creepy vs Cute (you have still couple days to get it before it's gone), big heart from CCC 134 Jones in the Box and speech bubbles from CCC 149 Haunted Picnic. I coloured the images with alcohol markers and also used some white gel pen. Then just cutting and layering.

With this code DTMER1
you can buy 2 digi stamps from
Oddball Stamps
and pay only one.
The more the merrier!

Happy crafting!

Luck and rainbows

Hi everyone!

This time I made something simple.

I used rainbows from Grow on You stamp set, coloured them with alcohol markers and some glitter. I cut them and taped them to card with foam tape.

The patterned paper is from Splashing Around paper pack and I added some rainbow glittery washi tape under the sentiment.

Flower pot

Hi everyone!

Here's a flower pot I made to our bathroom ☺️

Firstly I coloured the white pot using few different acrylic paint - normal blue, metallic blue and glittery blue - and I just love how vibrant and vivid it looks!

Next I did the seaweeds with Dare To Swim stamp set and few different embossing powders and added some darker green Sharpie over the light green (because somehow it looks too pale for me).

I stamped the waves (from Mythical Mermaid stamp set) to the upper part of the pot and some dolphins and fishes. I coloured the dolphins with black metallic water colour and also added some metallic white to the waves.

Lastly I added some texture paste to the lower part of the pot (as a bottom of the sea) and added some golden acrylic paint over it. And then I just coated everything with varnish.

Here's a short video where you can see better how the pot looks and shines ☺️

I learned a lot from this project and there's some things I could've done a little better/different way. But overall I'm happy with the result.

You quack me up

Hi everyone!

Here's my card using Polkadoodles Sunshine Friends collection.

I did duckling tower using Hello Sunshine stamp set and coloured it with alcohol markers. The background paper is from Splashing Around paper pack. Because the paper size is 6x6 inch and therefore little too small for my slimline card, I added a ribbon to cover the seam of the papers. Maybe I could've also use other pattern to the lower part of the card but I love it this way ☺️

Cheesy

Hello!

It's time for new Polkadoodles Craft Challenge, come and join us here!

I wanted to create something different and fun so I came up with this cheese card ☺️

I made the background with Distress Inks and couple different yellow cardboard. I cut the door part with Posydoodles Circles die, added a string so it's easier to open, and attached the door between the 'cheese parts' with scrap cardboard.

I coloured Too Cute Mouse Love digi image with alcohol markers and added it to card with foam tape. The text inside the door is from Quotes Winnie Special Moments set and outside I wrote it myself (as you can see 😀).

Magical bubble bath

Hi!

Here's my new colourful card using Digi Doodle Studios Bailey's First Bubble Bath. First bubble bath idea really inspired me and I wanted to do something magical because I think it can be a magical moment for the kid.

I coloured the image with alcohol markers, except the foam is printed using Rainbows Stars & Dots n' Spots digi papers. Background papers are also from the same digi paper pack. I also added some Glossy Accent over the bubbles to make them shine nicely.

Remember to join Digi Doodle Studios challenge here.
In May theme is 'Bring on the glitz (add glitter)'.

Free your imagination

Hi!

Here's my newest creation with Visible Image ☺️

Firstly I stamped the book from Free Your Imagination stamp set and heat embossed it. Then I used few different colours of sprays to background and let it dry. After that I made a few layers with clear, black & coloured gesso and Collision stencil.

When I was happy with the background I covered it with clear gesso. When it was dry I heat embossed the unicorn from Believe In Unicorns stamp set and text from Free Your Imagination set. I also draw the white line surrounding the book so it stands up a little better from the background.

My original idea was a "slight" different but when I start to create things just go with the flow. But maybe I try it later then 😀

Notes and envelopes

Hello!

I wanted to create something different so I did few small note/letter bases with matching envelopes. The envelope size is about 10,5 x 9,5 cm.

I did the envelopes from Splashing Around paper pack. Images are from Hello Sunshine and Grow on You stamp sets and I coloured them with alcohol markers.
